Warranty Policy
Dear customer:
Thank you for choosing our products and trusting us. We promise to provide you with quality projector products and provide the best after-sales service. To this end, we have formulated the following warranty letter, hoping to prove our commitment with practical actions.
Product warranty
According to the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations, the company’s projector products from the date of sale, public and storage conditions, enjoy the following warranty services:
- Our projector host (excluding accessories and accessories) is guaranteed for one year from the date of sale;
- The projector bulb is guaranteed for six months from the date of sale, regardless of the number of hours the bulb is used;
- In case of hardware failure during the warranty period, the company shall bear the maintenance cost and freight in China.
The above warranty service only applies to the products under normal use and storage conditions, and the products are not disassembled, modified or repaired during the warranty period. If the equipment is damaged due to improper operation, accidental damage, third-party maintenance not authorized by the company, self-maintenance or active damage, which does not belong to product quality problems, it is not within the scope of after-sales service, and the company does not bear the cost of equipment maintenance and freight. In case of the above circumstances, the company will charge a certain cost of maintenance and replacement. And the customer needs to bear the logistics costs of the international section.
